齒輪行業測量儀器設備有待發展

全國齒輪行業中大約只有300家齒輪生產廠具有儀器基本配套的計量室，總計約有三坐標測量儀200多臺，且大多從國外進口；各類（機械、光電、數控）齒輪測量儀器1000余臺，其中齒輪測量中心30余臺，總成測試儀器、蝸輪付檢查儀約10余臺，變速箱試驗臺和驅動橋試驗臺不超過50臺；圓度儀、測長儀、光學分度頭、粗糙度儀、投影儀、萬工顯等各類測量儀器500余臺。其余約200家齒輪生產廠幾乎沒有精密測量儀器，部分企業除了萬能量具外，沒有一臺測量儀器。 

    目前，國內缺少齒輪測試儀器和設備，由此造成全國年產2000多萬臺齒輪箱的質量缺乏可靠的測試數據。為徹底改變齒輪行業零部件內在質量的落后狀況，專家指出，必須重視和加強測試儀器和設備的開發。 

    專家指出，為進一步提高齒輪行業產品質量和競爭力，應盡快配備相應的各類精密測試儀器。在今后幾年中，大中型齒輪企業應配備三坐標測量機、齒輪測量中心和其它精密測量儀及配套完整的中心計量室，小型企業也要配備必要的精密測量儀器。
